Fitness corsets are dedicated especially for all the bodybuilding and fitness adepts, both for man and woman. Corsets, by evenly distributed pressure around the core, reduce excesive effort of abdominal prelum and overmuch obliques growth. They make you get narrow waist and improve general proportions. Regular use during the training leads to loss of few centimeters and impressive hourglass shape.

Beyond that shaping effect our corset provides lumbar spine stability in contusion circumstances, like skiing, snowboarding or horse riding. It is also very popular among woman after childbirth to protect weak abdominals or diastasis.

Height of the gums: 14 cm (for sizes from S to XXL) or 10 cm (for sizes XS)

*Belt length, measured flat. The belt is fastened "with an overlap" in the middle of the abdomen, it stretches by about 10-15%

**Length of a single gum, measured from the center of the corset (on the back) to the end of the gum. The rubber stretches by about 20%, thanks to which it is possible to fasten both elastics with an overlap in the middle of the corset.

All corset sizes are 23 cm high.

It is not recommended to use corset by begginers with very weak core.
